Since 1984 the American Canine Association, Inc. is dedicated to improving the canine industry by developing and offering innovative services. ACA aims to provide the most efficient, cooperative, and courteous service in the industry. We strive to set that standard in our demonstrated respect for all who depend on our services. Our goal is to provide our customer with the encouragement and supports they need to continue to produce the mentally and physically healthy animals demanded by responsible pet owners throughout the world. ACA is more than a canine registry, it is a family of services that encourage and support the industry in order to make new and better standards. Our continued support, commitment, and direction are guided by our veterinary, legal, and legislative advisory boards. Industry and group leaders compromise these boards, thus insuring that the voice and needs of the industry are quickly and properly addressed.

Customer Service

The American Canine Association maintains a friendly customer service center, providing information to our customers on registration procedures, health tracking, veterinary referrals, legislative issues and much more. Advice on house-breaking, training diet, immunizations, and a variety of other topics is only a phone call or email message away. Records of registered canines are carefully tracked and updated daily. Registered owners of all ACA registered canines have 24 hours access to Ask-A-Vet and Ask-A-Trainer service free of charge for the life of their dog at www.ACAinfo.com.Microchip registration is included in our one time registration fee and is electronically linked to animal control services worldwide.

Registering a pet with ACA is painless with our simplified forms and online services. You will be amazed at the short turn-around time of only a few days. In addition, ACA provides all owners of registered canines with full pedigree services and certifications for health tracking, obedience and conformation titling. ACA also offers certification and registration for Service Dogs free of charge.
